Education

Although the advancement of technology and the opportunites to gain knowledge are continuously
increasing  in  developed   countries,  there   is   still a  staggering   number  of  children who still
do  not   have  access  to  basic  education.  In  Haiti, just  a  little  over  50%  of  primary school-
age children are enrolled in school.[1]  In addition, children  who  complete secondary school con-
sists of only less than 2%. [1]
